Personal Statement
I love exploring the tapestry of life in all its aspects. My work is informed by my lifelong practice of Zen, philosophy, psychology and comparative religion.I focus upon bringing the principles and practices of East and West together and making them real in our everyday lives. I savor the power of a true encounter both with ourselves and one another so that we can live an authentic, meaningful life.
I've offered a weekly, award wining podcast, Zen Wisdom For Your Everyday Life, for six years. It is freely available on www.zenwisdomtoday.com. Along with writing, I offer many talks, workshops and readings. I have received acclaim for my work from Marianne Williamson, the Writer's Digest, Publisher's Weekly, Barbara Streisand , Lama Surya Das, Fr.
